        Site visit, Survey, Tailor fit guards selection
          Before starting a Project, our operations team visits the client's site to 
                                                   understand its security needs. Based on the survey, a tailored security plan is created.
                                                   This includes clear guidelines for security staff roles, client expectations, emergency 
                                                   procedures, and other relevant details. These instructions are carefully developed in cooperation
                                                    with the client to meet their specific requirements
                                                     
         
           
       Post Deployment Activites
           Supervision, Rotation and Surprise Check
               After deployment, our security personnel are supervised regularly by 
                   area officers and managers, including surprise visits from senior executives. Rotation of 
                   personnel every twelve months is standard to maintain security. To enhance client satisfaction,
                    we have a Customer Care Cell that actively seeks feedback and addresses any issues.
