RECRUITMENT :
• Advertising the requirements through wall hangings, posters, bit notice, existing guard reference etc.,
• Screening the applications
• Checking the backrounds., previous employment datas, PVC verification
• Verifying the documents such us Aadhar card, Pan card, Bank pass book
• Fitness verification
• Checking Grooming standards
• Issuing Uniform set and make the guard get ready for the training session

TRAINING :

In training we covering Physical Fitness, Guarding Personnel Duties and responsibilities, Grooming standards, Understanding the Benefits of PF, ESIC & LWF.
Our guards are carefully screened and trained before they reach your locaon. We recognize that each client site has a specific requirement and our training program is flexible and is customized to meet individual client needs.

Pre Deployment Activites
Site visit, Survey, Tailor fit guards selection
Before starting a Project, our operations team visits the client's site to understand its security needs. Based on the survey, a tailored security plan is created. This includes clear guidelines for security staff roles, client expectations, emergency procedures, and other relevant details. These instructions are carefully developed in cooperation with the client to meet their specific requirements
Post Deployment Activites
Supervision, Rotation and Surprise Check
After deployment, our security personnel are supervised regularly by area officers and managers, including surprise visits from senior executives. Rotation of personnel every twelve months is standard to maintain security. To enhance client satisfaction, we have a Customer Care Cell that actively seeks feedback and addresses any issues.
